We have finally attained freedom and Independence, and re-established a sovereign government in our homeland, the land of our forefathers, after centuries of persecution of our people in exile; only to encounter new sources of antisemitism, now disguised as anti-Zionism.

Our right to our ancestral land was recognized, by the international community, following World War I and prior in 1917 by the Balfour Declaration, (and) the League of Nations in 1922, which followed the San Remo (Italy) decisions by the Allied Supreme Council in 1920, all of which made it International Law. In addition, President Calvin Coolidge proclaimed these various international treaties into law on December, 5 1925, following the US Senate's ratification. These treaties remain in force to this day as the supreme law in the U.S. (See Professor Eidelberg, page 306, The Indictment, Sabina Citron, Gefen Publishing House, 2007)

Any attempt to create yet another Arab state on Eretz Yisrael, would therefore constitute a clear violation of that treaty (IBID)

The ultimatums by the EU, and others, have no force of law, they are merely a reflection of the E.U. Arab League pact of 1973. That pact provided among others the promotion of the fiction of the “inalienable rights of the 'Palestinians'” to Palestine!!

But “Palestine” ceased to exist, when the State of Israel was re-established, and when Britain in contravention, of existing treaties, created a Arab state out of 4/5 of Palestine - Jordan!!

There never was in all of recorded history – an Arab state called “Palestine” nor was there ever a “Palestinian” people hood!

The Arab league brought into being the PLO terrorist organization, in 1964 to promote the fiction of a “Palestinian” people and the PLO terrorist as a liberation movement., all of which was designed to delegitimize and dispossess the Jewish People from Eretz Yisrael!

Arab propaganda denies our history in Eretz Yisrael and our rights to our ancient Temple Mount. And this is why they refuse to call Israel a Jewish state.

Arab propaganda must be exposed, for the Big Lie that it is. The Arab league enablers must be told that neither boycotts nor ultimatums, will persuade us to commit national suicide.

The people of the State of Israel obtained our precious Independence at great sacrifice and much suffering in Exile. We are not about to trade land for Dhimmitude!!

Durban II and Other Interesting Stuff!

Durban I, the brainchild of the genocidal maniac in Iran and his like-minded co-religionists in the region, have learned a few “useful”(!) things from his genocidal predecessors the Nazis! If you want to destroy “the Jews” you must first demonize them, using the most poisonous propaganda the Muslim mind can invent, no matter how false!

Only in an Orwellian world, would a genocidal maniac call a country he openly wants to wipe off the map – racist!

Only an evil people could have scheduled the Durban II hate fest, against our people, on Hitler's birthday (April 20) and on the eve of Yom Hashoah!!

Durban II could have easily fallen apart since it basically reinforces all the poison of Durban I, If the invited guests particularly the European Union leaders, had failed to show up. 

Canada, Israel and Italy were the first to boycott the "human rights" circus in Geneva. Australia, Holland, The US, New Zealand, Germany and Poland, joined the boycott, before the opening session.

France and some 23 E.U. nations, walked out in unison after the first poisonous sentence was uttered by the evil little creature from Tehran.

If the Arabs were really interested in peace they too would have walked out. But of course they were the ones who supported the evil resolution from the start!! it is interesting that Morocco did walk out.

Mr. Mitchel, the Obama envoy to the M.E, is carrying on regardless. He has stressed again and again the importance of the “Two State Solution” to the Obama Administration and the American People. He made these statements both in Jerusalem and in Ramallah while, posing with Abbas under a picture of the arch-terrorist Arafat!

We believe, that this is the first time an American official, has “stressed” the “importance to the American People” of creating a state for the bogus “Palestinians”.

If this is indeed the case, then the Obama Administration should not have any trouble creating such a state on American soil, because the Bogus “Palestinians” have as much right to a state on U.S. Land, as they have to a state on the Land of Eretz Yisrael. We – Israel, simply do not have enough land for two viable states!!

Arab Propaganda notwithstanding, Eretz-Yisrael is Jewish land, not Arab land! We do not covet their land, it is they who covet our land. The Arabs in Eretz-Yisrael came to our land from the farthest reaches of Arab land and some even from Bosnia! Many of them came as Mujahadeen to destroy, disrupt and generally sow mayhem in our land!

Even those who came here for economic reasons before them and their offspring, were subsequently educated for Jihad, against the “Infidel” us!

The bogus “Palestinians” are nothing but Arabs and the Arabs already have 21 states, comprising 5.3 million square miles. They do not require yet another state on our land!

The “two state solution”, “land for peace” and such, are not about peace and coexistance, between Arabs and the Jewish People. Judea and Samaria are neither “occupied Arab land” nor, “occupied 'Palestinian' land”. These are bogus claims, not justified by history or International Law! These false claims and the invention of the bogus people, are intended to dispossess us from our land.

Depriving Israel of Judea and Samaria which provide strategic depth and defensible borders, is designed to render Israel defenseless in any future war with our “peaceful” neighbors!!

Our government must say no to the bogus Arab claims, and stand fast on Israel's security!

The Consequences of Arab Propaganda

We are now reaping the fruits of our neglect. Previous governments, have long believed, that truth will win the day and that there is no need for hasbara. To our chagrin they were terribly mistaken!

The un-opposed Arab League propaganda campaign against Israel launched following their latest unsuccessful onslaught on our state in 1973, has gained many believers and followers.!

By now, more than 35 years later, there are few and far between, who can tell truth and reality from the big lie!

Now, even some of our own people refer to the Arabs in Judea and Samaria, as “Palestinians”! Judea and Samaria, are now, not “merely” “the ”West Bank”, but “occupied Palestinian Territory” in the journalistic jargon of almost every media world wide!!

But it's our own fault! Language and it's proper use matter, and the Arabs are feeding on careless and inadvertent use of words on our part and on the part of our and foreign media.

It matters not that there never was an Arab “Palestinian” people hood, nor an Arab “Palestinian” state in all of recorded history, the world is now clamoring for “a Palestinian State” on Israel's already small territory!

As stated before* there is no moral or legal obligation on Israel to create such a state for the bogus “Palestinians”, and to make itself vulnerable, in the process, to further Arab aggression!!

U.N. Resolution 242, which followed Arab aggression of 1967, makes no reference to “a Palestinian People” nor “a Palestinian State”. Such terms were not even known of in usage at that time.

The Oslo Peace Process was nullified by Arafat and his cohorts, who broke every provision of the Accord! Similarly, the Road Map to Peace was never adhered to Abbas, Adecisrafat's successor and partner. The Annapolis Aggreement was never ratified, by the Knesset.

The bogus claim by foreign leaders that there are previous agreements to be adhered to, is just that: Bogus!

The newly elected government of Benjamin Netanyahu must show the courage to demolish Arab propaganda and all their false claims.

The outgoing P.M. Olmert admitted at the end that despite Israel's willingness to make concessions to Abbas, there was no change or reply on the part of Abbas!

In this part of the world concessions and accommodation are seen as signs of weakness! Israel can not be, and must not be seen as weak and indecisive. We expect from the new government, better.
