The Mullahs in Teheran are very very close to attaining their nuclear capability. For Mr. Obama to expect at this late stage to stop or reverse the plans of the fanatical regime in Iran, after some six years of wasted efforts by the Europeans, is somehow akin to someone crediting himself with some supernatural powers.

Perhaps the Europeans have not tried hard enough, or perhaps the Iranians proved to be too cagey. Either way, it's too late to wait another seven months in the vain hope to detect some human accountability or remorse from these genocidal maniacs.

The fact that North Korea managed to outsmart American Intelligence is not a very comforting thought.

Senator Frank Lautenberg (Democrat) on his recent visit to Israel stated that “if Israel were to take out Iran's nuclear capability, the U.S. wouldn't be too upset.” While acknowledging that a nuclear Iran would endanger the free world, he said that President Barack Obama “can never dictate to Israel to follow a path that would lead to harming itself.”

That indeed must be the policy that the U.S. is obliged to follow.

It is imperative that our leaders concentrate on what is in Israel's vital interests, and not what is the interest of other nations. Quite clearly the two do not always coincide.

Our leaders in decades past had the necessary courage to tell it like it is. Former Prime Minister Begin had no problem telling then President Reagan how much he appreciated the friendship between the American and Israeli peoples, but – he stressed – friends do not ask friends to commit national suicide. The issue then as now was Judea and Samaria and our defensible borders.

The issue of the fake peace with the fake “Palestinians” confused many good people – even among our own – then as now.

Our leaders must expose the Big Lie of the Arab Propaganda campaign against Israel and our people, aiming to deny our long history and our rights in our own land - Eretz-Yisrael.

Only those who believe the poisonous and vile Arab Propaganda against our nation and our state would urge Israel to give up our vital strategic land to an intractable enemy!!

Our cause is just. Our government must defend our people and our land, Erertz-Yisrael, first, last and always!!

Our government must not accept dictates from foreign powers!
