Stop this Nefarious “Peace Process”!

TO ALL AM ISRAEL

Our government must:

• Expose and stop the Big Lie of Arab propaganda and incitement.
• Expose and stop horrific slanderous blood libel and incitement.
• Expose and stop Israeli and foreign NGO's in the pay of Arab and E.U. governments!
• Expose and stop the dictates and meddling of foreign governments towing the Arab agenda!!
• Expose and stop the “Two State Solution” intended as a Final Solution!!!
• Continue building on our land thereby stopping the false claims of the Arabs and their protectors!
• Continue to build every inch of our land with confidence and self esteem.

• Just as the returning exiles of our people have rebuilt the despoiled and neglected land of our forefathers, so must we continue to build without restrictions every inch of empty and barren hills, for it is our unimpeachable right to defend our land, our people and our borders.

A Just and Full Peace?

The Arabs are arming themselves to the teeth; needless to say, so is Iran. The Arabs and the Iranian governments continue to arm their proxies on Israel's borders with ever longer range missiles, now capable of reaching nearly every major population center in Israel, including Tel Aviv.

The Arabs and the Iranians continue their vilification campaign against Israel demonizing and delegitimizing Israel in its own land, aiming to isolate Israel and destroy it!!

Amazingly, their demonization campaign, which includes economic and academic boycotts, appears to be succeeding where their aggressive "hot" wars failed!

Now we are told, if only Israel were to give up its defensive borders in favor of its enemies, a "just and full peace" would ensue!! This according to Hosni Mubarak, the Egyptian President, now in Washington pushing the Arab agenda.

We must urge our government to stop this dangerous and farcical "peace process"!!

Attempting to mollify the Obama Administration by freezing all building, including even "natural growth", only legitimizes the false claims of the Arabs implying that Judea and Samaria are Arab not Israeli lands!! Clearly, Mr. Obama has no right to encroach on Israel's sovereignty or to dictate to the Israeli government what it may or may not do. His position on the "Two State Solution" must be soundly rejected once and for all for the hoax that it is.

As already stated, time and again, there are no "Palestinians". The people living on our land, in Judea and Samaria are Arabs. We don't owe these Arab Jihadists anything let alone building a state for them within our borders.

Now that the masks came off during their recent deliberation in Bethlehem, surely - their hostile utterings must have convinced even the most ardent "peacenik" that these Jihadists do not mean peace!!

If there ever was any doubt in anyone's mind, what this "peace process" will lead to, it will ensure that Israel is encircled on all three borders - north, south and east, with only the Mediterranean open to us. Isn't that what the Arabs always hoped for?!

Expose this nefarious “process” – No you can’t Mr. Obama!!

The Outrage!!!

It seems that some of us, are no longer capable of outrage, and that is most troubling!

Like an abused woman, or abused child, we, at least some of us, are attempting to cover up the abuse, by pointing the finger at ourselves!

How much longer?!

The abuse of our goodwill cries out to heaven!

Our "defense" minister is still attempting to convert terrorists – Jihadists - into law-abiding people. Having pronounced that "Fatah's rhetoric and the positions being expressed are grave and unacceptable", he went back to business as usual calling once more for serious negotiations!

Negotiations about what?!

Here are some of Fatah's recent brazen declarations, decisions and actions:

• "We will never recognize Israel's right to exist"!
• Jerusalem is defined as “the eternal capital of ‘Palestine’ of the Arab world and the Islamic and Christian world"!!!
• The terrorist Aksa Martyrs Brigades are now "legitimized", as the mask came off our "peace partner" – Abbas – now the “General Commander" of the terrorist Fatah!!
• Emboldened, the Al-Aqsa Brigades have brazenly claimed “credit” for this week shooting attack on civilian motorists near Maaleh Levonah .

Our attempts to mollify and appease the terrorists in our midst, have done nothing but embolden them, justify and legitimize their bogus claims and leads to ever more murderous terrorist attacks!

We must expose Arab anti-Israel hate propaganda, for the Big Lie that it is!

The Arabs in our midst are Mujahedeen imported to our land, from the farthest reaches of the Arab world, to wage Jihad against us. They are not "liberation movements"!

They are no different than Al-Qaida terrorists.

According to President Obama's senior advisor on homeland security, this is how Obama views his fight against the terrorist Al-Qaida: "Disrupt, dismantle and defeat" the terrorist organization.

Perhaps there is something, after all, that we can learn from Obama.

But then again, what happened to our own ingenuity and can-do attitude?!

One thing is certain; we must defeat and destroy the terrorists, both Hamas and Fatah before they cause any more death and destruction!

Israel’s Three No’s

There are no “occupied” territories.

There are no “disputed” territories.

There are no “unallocated” territories.

There is purely and simply Eretz Yisrael - from the Hermon to the Red Sea, from the Mediterranean to the Jordan River.

While it constitutes a mere fraction of the historic Land of Israel, the “national home for the Jewish People” vouchsafed us under the Balfour Declaration, it is indisputably, unconditionally ours, by any interpretation of international law.

Article 22 of the Covenant of the League of Nations of June 1919 legalized the transfer of sovereignty over Palestine to the Jewish people by the Supreme Council of the Principal Allied Powers - Great Britain, France, Italy and Japan.

The San Remo Peace Conference of April 1920 marked the official adoption of the Balfour Declaration by the Principal Allied Powers, confirming what constitutional lawyer and scholar Howard Grief has described as  “the legal title of the Jewish People to the mandated territory of Palestine in all of its historical parts and dimensions … under international law.*”

The Franco-British Boundary Convention of December 1920 made it clear that those “historical parts and dimensions” included the Golan and Transjordan.

There is no mention of the words “Arab” or “Arab state” anywhere in the Mandate for Palestine entrusted to Great Britain  by the San Remo Peace Conference. Indeed, that document is devoid of reference to the political or national rights of any community in Palestine save those of the Jewish community.

The current  attempt, 90 years after the fact, to impose a bogus “Palestinian State” on the Jewish People  within the borders  of  their national home is  the most unmitigated contempt of international  legal precedent in modern history.

To the supporters of this presumptive usurpation of our land and our rights in obeisance to the blood-lust of a Jihadist Arab world, there can be only one national Jewish response: IT WILL NOT PASS!

Doing Good for Whom?

The government must take strong legislative action against Israeli NGO's - whether Jewish or Arab - founded by foreign governments, whose policies are inimical to the welfare of the Jewish People and the Jewish state.

The NGO's can not hide behind positive or innocent sounding names, while doing the dirty work of our detractors.

NGO's with names such as "Peace Now", "Human Rights Watch", "Amnesty International", or "Braking the Silence", are involved in one way or another in supporting enemies of our state while defaming their own government. This is treason - pure and simple!

These unfortunate misguided people can not also hide behind "freedom of speech". Libel and slander are not legitimate free expression! Deliberately defaming and slandering one's state, giving aid and comfort to the enemy can only be described as treason!

Most states of the Arab League are still in a state of war with Israel. It is the Arab League and their supporters, who want to build an Arab state within our state: a Trojan Horse within our borders, no less!!

It is these states, that Israeli and foreign NGO's are serving!

While Israel is not “officially" in a state of war - aiding and abetting governments and terrorist organizations who do consider themselves in a state of war with Israel, is an act of treason!

Existing Israeli laws dealing with treason should be expanded to reflect current realities.

While there is no hot war against Israel at this present time, Arab and Moslem propaganda war against Israel, as well as psychological warfare of unprecedented proportions, has been going on unabated since the Yom Kippur War of 1973, doing a great deal of damage to Israel’s image abroad! The above mentioned NGO's and many others like them are the useful idiots of Israel's enemies! Not just our legislators, but even more so our hasbara people must do their share to combat the cancerous propaganda war against us. Our government must to a great deal more in these woefully neglected areas.
