The Gaza Experiment is Quite Enough!

The scathing Winograd Commission report, brought into sharp focus the failings, short comings and incompetence of the Olmert government relating to its performance during the Lebanon war. However, the Lebanon war was merely a symptom of a more basic failure in governance, at least since Oslo.

The preoccupation with "the peace process", any peace process, at any price, reveals a total lack of understanding of the multitude of challenges our country is facing on many fronts.  It also reveals a total misperception of the Islamo-fascist mindset, its goals and methods both short term and long term.

This government failed to protect the nation from the constant Katusha attacks in the north.  It is now failing to protect our people in the south from ongoing daily attacks from Gaza, an inevitable result of the withdrawal from Gaza and the destruction of the 12 Jewish communities, a blunder that Olmert fervently supported.

Now, this failed and misguided government is racing headlong towards national disaster and is planning to abandon Judea and Samaria – and its defensible borders- to the Jihadists in the area, who are already building missiles to attack the rest of the country!!

This Disaster Can Still Be Prevented!

Of course this disaster can still be prevented.  But first we need leaders who understand the enemy's game plan.  We will win peace, but first we have to win the relentless war waged against us.

 We must not abandon Judea and Samaria nor uproot the thriving communities and our people within them. The Gaza experiment is quite enough!

A government's obligation first, last and always is to protect and defend its people, its land and its borders!

The suicide attack in Dimona, points out once again that there is no "peace partner," not even in Fatah / PLO.  The Aqsa brigades which are part of Fatah claimed "responsibility" once again as they did many times before for dastardly attacks on our civilian population. These murderous jihadists were hailed as heroes by Hamas and other terrorist gangs.  All Salam Fayad - "our peace partner" – could say is that it is all Israel's fault!!

Our people dare not sacrifice our land and defensible borders for pie in the sky!!

EVEN AS THE RELEASE OF THE WINOGRAD REPORT GROWS NEAR, THE P.M. INSISTS HE WILL NOT RESIGN, REGARDLESS.  THE CHIEF OF STAFF RESIGNED, AS DID THE DEFENCE MINISTER, RECOGNIZING THEIR RESPONSIBILITY IN THE MISDIRECTED LEBANON WAR.   THE P.M., EVEN THOUGH HE GAVE ALL THE MISCONCEIVED ORDERS, REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND RESIGN.   AS IF THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH, HE NOW LEADS THE NATION TOWARDS AN UNPRECEDENTED DISASTER, AS ISRAEL FACES ITS GREATEST CHALLENGES YET.

THERE ARE CALLS FOR THE P.M’S RESIGNATION FROM EVERY STRATUM OF SOCIETY, FROM EVERY POLITICAL PARTY, RECOGNIZING HIS INCOMPETENCE AND INABILITY TO LEAD, AS ISRAEL FACES UNPRECEDENTED DANGERS ON MULTIPLE FRONTS.

MESMERIZED BY THE UNLIKELY PROSPECT OF “PEACE” WITH THE UNRECONSTRUCTED JIHADIST TERRORISTS FATAH-P.L.O., HE INSISTS THEY ARE “PEACE PARTNERS”, IGNORING ALL REALITIES ON THE GROUND:

 

• IGNORING SEVERAL MURDERS COMMITED AGAINST OUR PEOPLE IN RECENT WEEKS BY ABBAS’S OWN “POLICE” AND SECURITY GUARDS!
• IGNORING THE FACT THAT AN ATTEMPT ON HIS OWN LIFE WAS PLANNED BY ABBAS’S OWN SPECIAL FORCES!
• IGNORING THE FACT THAT THE P.A.-FATAH/P.L.O. ORDERED THREE DAYS OF MOURNING FOR THE ARCH TERRORIST GEORGE HABASH, THE INITIATOR OF HIJACKING OF CIVILIAN AIRCRAFT, AND PARTNER IN CRIME OF YASSER ARAFAT!!
• IGNORING THE FACT THAT ABBAS – THE “PEACE PARTNER” – WAS INVOLVED WITH YASSER ARAFAT IN ALL TERRORIST ATTACKS AGAINST OUR PEOPLE, AND CONTINUES TO THIS DAY TO CARRY OUT ALL ARAFAT’S DUPLICITOUS AND NEFARIOUS PLANS!

The blame dispensed by the Winograd Commission should involve also us: we, each and every one of us, bear some responsibility.

We allowed successive governments, since Oslo, to hypnotize us on the prospect of peace with the Arabs.

Peace with our neighbors is indeed most desirable; it would be beneficial to all.

BUT this conflict is not about prospects for peace. This conflict is about jihad, about conquest over the “unbelievers” – us!

To that end the jihadists use everything at their disposal – terrorism, deceit and outright lies – to attempt to delegitimize our rights in our own land!

We must spare no effort to expose the fiction, the deception, the Hoax of “a Palestinian people.”

We must never allow the Arabs to create a state called “Palestine,” a Trojan Horse within our borders!

The land of Israel is not divisible!

Am Israel deserves better leadership.

The Winograd Commission report confirmed what the average Israeli already knew.

The incompetence of this government’s handling of the Second Lebanon War is indeed shocking!

Its failure goes far beyond the Winograd mandate. The government’s disturbing response to the outrageous ultimatum of the Saudis; its failure to react to Arab claims, demands and propaganda; its willingness to embrace further unilateral withdrawals, even as the Jihadists openly talked of transferring weapons and missiles to Judea and Samaria in the early stages of the Lebanon war, defy comprehension.

Our leaders must put an end to the mantra of a “two-state solution” and “political horizons”!

We must stop feeding the false expectations of the Arabs, their Jihadist dreams and their Big Lie.

There simply is no room for two viable states in Eretz Israel.

Our loyal opposition must have the courage to offer an alternative vision, unclouded by dubious demographic speculation.

The Arabs in Judea and Samaria are a hostile foreign population.

Israel does not owe this hostile foreign population citizenship or a state!

Put an end to “the road map” to nowhere and the nonexistent “peace process”!
